Motorcoaches
Our deluxe motorcoaches are fully equipped with standard
amenities such as air-conditioning, restrooms, reclining seats, DVD
and monitors, AM/FM radio, and P.A. systems.

Seating arrangements start at 47 passenger buses up to 59 passenger buses. Some buses seat 55 and 56 passengers.
All of Shalimar Tours & Charter buses are SPAB certified and are inspected by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) annually. During the annual inspection, the CHP Official performs a thorough vehicle inspection, inside and out. All aspects of our maintenance records, drivers' paperwork and driving logs are inspected to ensure we are in compliance with all laws, state and federal.
Maintenance
We have a dedicated maintenance and utility staff that inspect, service and clean our buses on a daily basis. Our maintenance activities are entered into a program that monitors repairs and mileage. We perform light duty maintenance and cleaning for outside bus companies.
Drivers
All of Shalimar Tours & Charter drivers are professional in every
aspect of their operation. Our drivers are uniformed for your
satisfaction. All drivers are School Pupil Activities Bus (SPAB)
certified.
To receive SPAB certification, all drivers attend a 35-hour training program administered by our driver/trainer, who is certified by the State of California. Each driver is interviewed and tested by the California Highway Patrol. The drivers are "live-scanned" fingerprinted and the fingerprints are sent to the Department of Justice.
Our buses and drivers are insured and continually receive the latest training. Safety comes first at Shalimar Tours & Charter!
